V.I. Police Department officers on St. John arrested a buyer and seller of cocaine and marijuana in Cruz Bay last month.
Both suspects were found with drugs at the time of their arrest on Thursday, April 21.
Irvin Marsh, 21, of Estate Pastory was arrested shortly after 9 p.m. and charged with Possession with Intent to Distribute and Simple Possession. Piotr Gajewski, 30, of Point Pleasant on St. Thomas was arrested shortly after 8 p.m. and charged with Simple Possession.
According to the VIPD reports, officers said Gajewski was found with marijuana and cocaine in his possession near a mini mart and admitted buying the drugs from Marsh. When officers arrested Marsh, he was also found with a small amount of marijuana in his possession.
Bail for both suspects was set at $500 each and they were remanded to the Bureau of Corrections pending further court action.
