U.S. Coast Guard and U.S. Marines teamed up last week to airlift new navigational towers at Stephens Cay and the Brothers, according to retired USCG officer Tom Larsen. The impressive helicopters, above, were heard and spotted off St. John on Thursday morning, February 28, sending rumors flying across the island of drug interdiction or other enforcement action.
