The new owners of Calabash Market on Route 107 in Coral Bay are ready to welcome customers to their newly refurbished shop. Ali and Maria say they set up business in November and put a lot of time and effort into shelving, display cases and refrigeration.
Customers can explore the variety of meat, fish, dairy and frozen food selections, along with “all the basics and more.”
Because of its proximity to the Calabash Boom Apartments Ali says families enjoy the convenience of having their daily needs just a walk away.
“And it’s closer to Concordia,” said Maria, making Calabash Market a handy stop over for guests and beach goers.
The store stocks ice. Sandwiches are made fresh for picnics.
