Seems pretty simple…

Many years ago, I was given the set of rules when I got to St. John. One of them was worded as follows. “You can drive around with a syringe sticking out of you arm as long as you put your seatbelt on”. Maybe someone should have informed Susan of this. Further more, why do some of us upity white folk think we can invade someone’s island and make up our own rules? It’s disrespectful and I think the VIPD may be a bit sick of how we treat them.
