Second Annual St. John Christmas Music Festival and Parade Underway

The second annual St. John Christmas Music Festival and Parade, two spectacular nights of free concerts under the stars, will be presented in Cruz Bay at the Winston Wells Ball Field on Saturday, December 2, and Sunday, December 3.

“We are truly blessed to have the entire community of St. John come together again as one big family to celebrate the spirit of Christmas with two great concerts and a fabulous children’s parade under the stars,” said founder and producer Steve Simon.

Festival Schedule
• Saturday, December 2, 8 p.m., an evening of R&B and soul, starring R&B recording artist Michael Dunston performing with The Jazz Islanders. Also appearing, Paradise People with special guest artist Victor Provost. Gates open at 6 p.m., and admission is free. Food and beverage service will be available all evening. Bring a chair, bring a blanket…but please be cool…..no coolers.

• Sunday, December 3, 6:30 p.m., the St. John Christmas Candle Light Parade, starting at Mongoose Junction. The parade route is from Mongoose to the ferry dock to the Winston Wells Ball Field. Santa Claus will be the grand marsha. Santa and his helpers will be giving Christmas presents to all the children who come to the parade.

• Sunday, December 3, 7:30 p.m., an evening of holiday-inspired gospel music, starring the queen of gospel, Ms. Maryel Epps. Also appearing, the amazing nine-piece gospel recording artists Of God, and a special performance by The Echo People.

Gates open at 6  p.m., and admission is free. Food and beverage service will be available all evening. Bring a chair, bring a blanket…but please be cool…no coolers.
