Rare Seahorse Sighting

This seahorse was spotted in the Cruz Bay Creek by Virgin Islander Oliver Oat, 8 years old, on Saturday afternoon, May 24. The extremely rare find thrilled event-goers who were at the annual Javon Jade Memorial Fun Day.
