Construction continues on an office building in the heart of Cruz Bay.
The building, which is being constructed on B-3 zoned property owned by Bob O’Connor, will serve as office space for his car rental agency, O’Connor Car Rental, according to Department of Planning and Natural Resources spokesperson Jamal Nielsen.
