Public halos to a gentleman truck driver, Mr. David Scotland, who saw me lose control of my car due to the torn-up road in East End. We residents have our issues with the cement spills and the speeding, overloaded trucks but Mr. Scotland’s help and concern made me realize not all drivers can be thrown into the mix of blame. Each person you meet during the day is an individual. Mr. Scotland, you are a wonderful ambassador/native son and Dominica should be proud of you. You were a blessing in my path that day.
