International jazz steel pannist Victor Provost instructs students from the Bertha C. Boschulte Middle School as part of a musical master class put on January 23 by the 21st Century Band at Reichhold Center for the Performing Arts. Most members of the band, like Provost, are native Virgin Islanders who come home to support young musicians in public and private schools.
Provost, son of James and Terry Provost, is a graduate of the Julius E. Sprauve School.
