Jambalaya Jump Up Thank Yous

Editor,

Once again St. John has come through for one of its own. The event for Tiffany Jensen brought in, with the help of the entire community, over $16,000. Shipwreck Landing was the venue where approximately 400 people came, ate, played, danced and overall had a great time.
We would like to thank all of those who donated raffle prizes; the fabulous musicians who gave their time; Jean Vance for her photos; and the Tall Ship Trading gang for the event T-shirts, which are still available for purchase; Charles Dore of Charles’ Angles for operating the shuttle; Denise Wright for the fun face painting; the Coral Bay Smoochers for the kissing booth; all the quarter horse racers; Freddie and Sharon for the crab races and Ralph Fette and his feathered friends.
A very special thank you goes to the entire staff of Shipwreck, who not only gave of their time, but their paychecks as well. We are very proud to be a part of this very special community.

Sincerely,
Pat and Dennis Rizzo
