HURRICANE HOLE — Despite announced downgrades of Tropical Storm Danny over the weekend, dozens of vessels enjoyed a brilliant Sunday afternoon in the hurricane refuge of the Virgin Islands National Park Hurricane Hole moorings, taking appropriate precautions.
