Local hot sauce master Trinidad Charlie lead a large group of eager participants through the process of making his West Indian Pepper Sauce on Wednesday, January 27, at his home in Guinea Gut. The Friends of the V.I. National Park seminar included a tour of Charlie’s lush and plant-rich property.
