St. John Community Parade and Ceremony

April 1, 2017 @ 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Join us, the St. John Community, and celebrate our island!
We are so blessed to be living on a beautiful island with sparkling blue waters surrounded by family and friends. To that end, on Saturday, April 1, 2017, there will be a community parade from the tennis courts to the ball field next to the National Park Visitors Center to celebrate all of our goodness.
Once there, we will have  ceremony to publicly thank God for blessing St. John throughout these 100 years, our civil servants for all of their tireless efforts in keeping our island safe and beautiful and to bless our two oldest citizens, Misses Pauling Thomas and Irma Marsh Caligone.
The parade will start at 6:00pm at the tennis courts and roll past Winston Wells Ball Field, Julius E. Sprauve School and through downtown past The Longboard and the National Park Dock to the park across the street from Mongoose Junction.

We encourage everyone to wear their VI colors, wave their flags and celebrate hardworking men and women. Made in St. John or other local stores have VI flags for sale.
Let’s have a fun filled evening as St. John shows it’s love for one another.
