Bill Expected to Pass Well North of Territory

 
As of 11 a.m. on Wednesday, August 19, Hurricane Bill had maximum sustained winds of 135 miles per hour, making it a Category 4 Major Hurricane, according to the National Hurricane Center.
 
The storm was about 460 miles east of the Leeward Islands at 18.7 North and 56.3 West, moving west-northwest at 18 miles per hour, according to NHC.
 
Hurricane Bill is expected to stay well north of the territory as it passes about 350 miles to the northeast of the islands on Thursday night.
