2010 Advertising Rates & Terms

One Year Rate - 47 Issue Contract
$8.00 per column inch for space reserved in 47 consecutive issues. Camera-ready copy changes are accepted at any time. Three month deposit required.

24 Issue Contract Rate
$10.00 per column inch for space reserved in 24 consecutive issues. Camera-ready copy changes are accepted at any time. Two month deposit required.

12 Issue Contract Rate
$12.00 per column inch or space reserved in 12 consecutive issues. Camera-ready copy changes are accepted at any time. One month deposit required.

Non-Contract Rate
$15.00 per column inch for space reserved in fewer than 12 consecutive issues. Advance payment required.

Classified Ad Rate
$15.00 per issue/20 words minimum; $5.00 per each additional 10 words.

Display Ad Color Rates
Processed Color — contract advertiser: $250; non-contract advertiser $300
Spot Color — contract advertiser: $85 per color; non-contract $100

Insert Rates
CONTRACT ADVERTISER: Newsstand $150, Mailing List $150 or Both $250
NON-CONTRACT ADVERTISER: Newsstand $300, Mailing List $300 or Both $500

Space Reservations & Finished Ads
Reserve space by 5 p.m. Wednesday prior to publication date.
Deliver finished, camera-ready ads by 5 p.m. Thursday prior to publication.

Placement and content of advertising is subject to the publisher’s discretion.

Artwork & Typesetting
Artwork, typesetting and changes in display ads may be made at any time and submitted as camera ready art by the advertiser.
Additional typsetting charges may apply at $60 per hour.

Payment Terms & Cancellation Fees
Monthly statements will be sent to the advertiser. Payment on all accounts is due upon receipt of bill. All charges not paid within 30 days will accrue a finance charge of 1.5 percent per month. Cancellation of advertising contracts must be in writing. Penalty for cancellation is 20 percent of contract total.
